I currently provide therapy for individuals and couples offering a supportive space to work through challenges and foster growth.
At the moment, my sessions are held virtually, but I look forward to being able to offer in-person sessions in Paris soon; more on this to come.
Sessions are 50-minutes. Frequency can be anywhere from weekly to monthly, depending on your needs. Please contact me for more information about fees.
Individual Therapy
Therapy is a delicate balance—supportive yet challenging, welcoming yet daring. In individual therapy, I work alongside you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, guiding you toward greater self-awareness and lasting change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships, or life transitions, I integrate mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and emotional regulation strategies tailored to your unique needs. I’m passionate about working with individuals who are ready to challenge their perspectives and embrace the messiness of personal growth. Together, we’ll foster a space for emotional discovery, where vulnerability is not only safe but essential for profound transformation.
Couple Therapy
Relationships are both fulfilling and complicated, and sometimes they require a deeper level of exploration and understanding. In couples therapy, I guide partners toward reconnecting, improving communication, and deepening emotional intimacy. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, somatic teachings, principles of active communication, and my background in clinical social work, we’ll navigate conflicts, intimacy issues, and relationship dynamics. I am dedicated to helping you build a compassionate, growth-focused environment where mutual respect, empathy, and connection can flourish, enabling you to move toward a healthier and more authentic relationship.
